About Imperium

Two brothers,
one standard.

Isaac and Hunter grew up watching their father frame houses across the Ozarks. Today they build a select roster of custom homes in Arkansas — together, on every site, every week.

Our story

Imperium started the way most good things in Arkansas do — on a porch, with a long conversation. By the time they were teenagers, Isaac and Hunter had both swung enough hammers to know what a home should feel like — and what it shouldn't.

The brothers cut their teeth the hard way — buying tired, forgotten houses across Arkansas and bringing them back to life one fix-and-flip at a time. Late nights, busted subfloors, surprise plumbing, and a whole lot of learning. Every flip taught them something a classroom never could: how a house is really put together, where builders cut corners, and what it takes to do it right the first time.

After dozens of renovations, the next step felt obvious — stop fixing other people's mistakes and start building homes from the ground up. That's Imperium. Same hands-on standard, same brothers on site, every nail accounted for. One project lead per home and a price you can actually trust. Every Imperium build is signed off by both of us, from the first sketch to the day we hand you the keys.

We only take on a handful of projects each year. That's by design. It means we know your home as well as you do.

Craftsmanship

We source from Arkansas mills, work with local trades we trust, and never cut a corner you'll regret.

Transparency

Real budgets, real timelines, real conversations. You see the same numbers we do.

Communication

Weekly progress updates and a phone you can actually reach us on. Through and after the build.

Built with our own two hands.

We're on every site, every week. If you have a question about your home, you ask one of us — not a project manager you've never met.
